Chilaquiles Verde
INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar Saucy Salsa Verde
- 4 oz. Tortilla chips
- 3 each Large eggs
- 2 tbsp Queso fresco
- 1 each Cilantro to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Heat saute pan and add in the jar of salsa, bring to a simmer. Add in the tortilla chips and toss until well coated, simmer for 3-5 minutes until chips begin to absorb the salsa.
- Cook the eggs to your liking.
- Layer the chips on the plate, top with eggs, crumbled cheese, and cilantro. Enjoy!
