Chilaquiles Verde


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 jar Saucy Salsa Verde
  • 4 oz. Tortilla chips
  • 3 each Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Queso fresco
  • 1 each Cilantro to garnish

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat saute pan and add in the jar of salsa, bring to a simmer. Add in the tortilla chips and toss until well coated, simmer for 3-5 minutes until chips begin to absorb the salsa.
  2. Cook the eggs to your liking.
  3. Layer the chips on the plate, top with eggs, crumbled cheese, and cilantro. Enjoy!
