Sriracha Baked Wings


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup Saucy Sriracha sauce
  • ½ each Lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Kosher salt
  • 20 each Chicken wings

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine chopped garlic, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil and whisk together until well incorporated. Add in chicken wings, toss together, and refrigerate for one hour up to overnight.
  2. Heat oven to 425°F
  3. Layer the chicken wings on a baking pan and place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, flip the chicken wings over and bake for another 25 minutes.
  4. Turn the broiler on the oven and finish the chicken wings for 5 to 7 minutes on broil to get a nice crispy golden finish.
  5. Drizzle some more saucy Sriracha sauce over the wings and garnish with shaved green onion.
