Sriracha Baked Wings
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- ¼ cup Saucy Sriracha sauce
- ½ each Lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tbsp Kosher salt
- 20 each Chicken wings
DIRECTIONS
- Combine chopped garlic, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil and whisk together until well incorporated. Add in chicken wings, toss together, and refrigerate for one hour up to overnight.
- Heat oven to 425°F
- Layer the chicken wings on a baking pan and place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, flip the chicken wings over and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Turn the broiler on the oven and finish the chicken wings for 5 to 7 minutes on broil to get a nice crispy golden finish.
- Drizzle some more saucy Sriracha sauce over the wings and garnish with shaved green onion.
