Tuna Tostadas
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. fresh sashimi grade tuna, ¼ inch diced
- 3 oz. Saucy Habanero Salsa
- 3 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 3 avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup Baby arugula
- 6 each Tostadas
- Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine tuna, salsa, green onion, cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper, set aside.
- Take the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper and smash together.
- Lay out the tostadas, top with avocado, arugula and then top with tuna tartar. Drizzle some olive oil and serve.
