Tuna Tostadas

  • 1 lb. fresh sashimi grade tuna, ¼ inch diced
  • 3 oz. Saucy Habanero Salsa
  • 3 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup Baby arugula
  • 6 each Tostadas
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Combine tuna, salsa, green onion, cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper, set aside.
  2. Take the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper and smash together.
  3. Lay out the tostadas, top with avocado, arugula and then top with tuna tartar. Drizzle some olive oil and serve.
